Vauxine LLC is a legally registered entity. When we refer to "Coorda," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy, we are referring to Vauxine LLC as the provider of the Coorda platform.

To provide a personalized event planning experience, Vauxine LLC collects information that you voluntarily provide:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials required to access the Coorda platform.
• Business Data: Organization names, event details, guest lists, vendor contracts, and budget records.
• Usage Information: Logs of your interactions with Coorda (such as feature usage and error logs) to improve performance, reliability, and usability.

3. Data Usage & AI

Your data is used strictly for operational purposes:

• Service Delivery: Providing the workspace and collaboration tools.
• Coorda AI: Your event data may be processed by AI services strictly to generate insights for you. This data is not used to train public or third-party AI models.

Vauxine LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data.

4. Analytics & Tracking

Coorda uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how users interact with the platform. This helps us improve performance, prioritize features, and deliver a better experience.

• Data Collected: Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, features used (e.g. event creation, guest management), session duration, browser type, and device information.
• User Identification: We associate a pseudonymous user ID with your analytics session to better understand feature adoption across sessions. This ID cannot be used to personally identify you outside of Coorda.
• Cookies: Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish unique users and throttle request rates. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
• Opt-Out: You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

• Access Control: Data access is strictly controlled to ensure that only authorized users within your organization can view or modify your information.

6. Your Rights

You have full control over your data on Coorda:

• Access & Export: You can view all information associated with your account at any time.
• Deletion: You can delete your organization or account. Deleting an organization permanently removes all associated data from our systems.
• Correction: You can update your profile and event information whenever needed.
